A message from Zion
Zion Episcopal Church is a diverse, welcoming faith community firmly committed to justice and inclusion in proclaiming the Good News of God's love made known to us in the person of Jesus Christ. Zion is made up of men and women, young people and older members, straight and gay. Our worship is firmly rooted in the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer, and our music grounded in the Anglican traditon and our Hymnal. In our worship we also try to be inclusive and welcoming. Our church building is the oldest church in Dobbs Ferry and was founded in 1833 by Washington Irving. It provides a beautiful setting for our worship together and we hope you will stop by and allow us the chance to get to know you better, as you come to know us.
